At Contract Turning we specialise in DEEP HOLE DRILLING
Using a tipped drill system(similar to ejector drilling) and our very powerful machines we can successfully drill most materials making 'TUBES' from exotic metals that are not available from 'on the shelf' suppliers
On some materials, for example aluminium.. using this efficient method, it is possible to drill solid billets making 'TUBES' far more cost effective as opposed to purchasing off-the-shelf tubing.
As an alternative to Drilling we are able to 'CORE' material whilst delivering the component plus the extracted core back to the customer as shown below....
